Feeding beyond the moment

LACC has a vision to see no one suffer because they lack the basic essentials required to live. We also want people to experience love whether it’s in word or in deed. Vision without a task is only a dream. A task without a dream is but drudgery, but vision with a task is a dream fulfilled. LACC’s vision is being fulfilled in the earth. We invite you to join us! Everywhere we go, we want to create impact for good.

In August 2019 we had the pleasure of visiting Nairobi Kenya for our first Global Serve and Mission Trip. We had no idea what awaited us. No commercial or local fundraising opportunity could prepare you for what one may actually encounter in person. The kids visited at every orphanage had the joy of someone who didn’t want for anything, yet their reality told a different story. Their gratitude for the presence of a visitor alone compares to one who had the desires of their heart fulfilled.

Above all things the expression of freedom and hope were magnified through humility and grace. It was and still remains special in the purest sense.

While in Kenya we were overwhelmed with so many unmet basic needs. We committed to doing our part in sharing this incredible opportunity to change someone’s life literally forever. In addition to our local efforts, it’s our purpose in life to connect people to opportunities to be difference makers.
